Before we decided to shoot we encountered some problems. Our first problem was looking for actors that suited particular roles in our movie. We found this difficult because the people we approached either lacked acting ability or wasn't enthusiastic in taking part in our movie. When we did find an actress that agreed to play a part in our movie, the following week she dropped out due to the responsibilities within her role in the movie. In addition to this her timetable was very much different to the groups timetable, so the availability of when the actress was available was somewhat limited. Our group therefore had to find people that had a flexible timetable to film and had a positive attitude towards acting in our film. Firstly, we tried internally in our group and used Vivian in various testing shoots before filming, but the same outcome occurred as she wasn't keen on acting. However luckily Vivian had a friend as an alternative source if something like this happened. Her friend was very keen to act, so our group agreed to use her in our film. In spite of this, we had to be flexible with her time table because she attended a different school and was a consortium, she also had school drama rehearsals as well. To manage this effectively our group decided to film after school about twice or three times a week at 3:30pm to approximately about 6 depending on how much we had to film, this ensured everyone's availability.
